In the unlikely event of a defect, you can make a claim against the warranty by email us. You will need to show your proof of purchase or invoice.
If a defect is found in your product within the warranty period, we will repair it for you for free. If the product cannot be repaired, we will provide a new one. If the model is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative.
