Return and Refund

While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that you may need to return it for many reasons. We accept returns on new, uninstalled condition products with original packaging—within 14 days of receipt.

    To begin a return request, email support@lightingmade.com first. please include your order number and the reason for your return. then you will receive a detailed return sheet with instruction as well as return address. Please print and fill in the return sheet we provided and put it in the return parcel. You are responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is because of your personal reason.

    Your refund will be issued after the item has been received and inspected which usually takes 2-3 business days after we receive it. It could take up to 10 business days for you to receive the refund in your original form of payment source. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days please contact your financial institue or us. 

    If you requested an exchange your new parcel will be shipped within 3 business days after we receive your return.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery to notify us of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments.

    If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, you must notify us by email support@lightingmade.com within 3 days of receipt of the item(s). We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with the product packaging in your email. We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item after we receive your email. (Ships in 2 business days) You will also receive a prepaid label for the return in your email.
